Zeus Teleworking provides training and consulting services for telework implementation, plus useful resources at its site which is in Greek and English.

IFOA, (Training and Educational Center of Chamber of Commerce), has established a number of telework centers located in rural north Italy (Reggio Emilia) in the Appenine mountains. The IFOA page is available in Italian, and pages for the individual centers are here.
The SIT Association (Italian Telework Association) plans and implements telework projects, it supplies consultancy services to public and private companies who wish to start this type of employment, supplies training, organizes conferences, carries out
surveys and studies on different forms of employment flexibility and new
technologies, and collects, prepares and distributes varied information on
telework issues. Its site is available in Italian only.
Telecom Italia maintains two research & development
laboratories studying new communications technologies and their effects
on commerce and daily life. They are located in Venice
and in Rome.
"Telelavoro Italia"
(Italian Telework) covers telework activities in Italy. The site
was established by Patrizio DiNicola,
who also wrote a proposal
for changes in Italian law intended to stimulate telework.
Telecottages in Tuscany - are being planned by Francesco
Marradi.
The University of Turin's telework site
includes information (in English and Italian) about telework activities in Italy. The site is maintained by Alessandro Minelli.

Janela na Web is a portal site (in Portuguese) about Management, Technology and Work Trends.
Portuguese Association for the Development of Telework is an information source about telework related activities in Portugal.
RedeFreelance is an information and job-posting site about telework in Portugal.

The Basque Institute of Public Administration (IVAP) held a telework conference in the Basque country of Spain. For information, or copies of conference proceedings, contact conference organizer Alejandro Ipina. American and Canadian speakers participated by videoconference.
Enred Consultores is a telework consulting and publishing firm based in Madrid.
The consulting firm Iberema has created the "International Net Centers" site, to promote the exchange of information about telework and telework centers.
Netaldea is a consulting firm specializing in telework, telecenter development, and related areas.
